Welcome to the Emerging Nanoscale Devices (END) Research Group lead by Dr. Mainul Hossain. We are located in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our research encompasses the emerging areas in nanoelectronics, nanophotonics and computational materials science. We use a multitude of simulation tools, analytical/numerical techniques and/or commercial device simulation packages to explore emerging nanoscale devices. Research topics include, but are not limited to:
